How the customer portal should work
This follows the document closely: registration first, verification second, company approval third, and only then customer dashboard access for orders, RFQs, and tracking.

Register
Customer enters name, company, email, phone, address, and business type through the registration tab.

Verify
Customer provides official email and business details to help the company validate genuine procurement intent.

Approve & Activate
After internal review, a verification code is sent to email for secure account activation.

Access Dashboard
Only approved and verified customers can log in to view purchased orders, RFQs, tracking, and documents.
